This *BMJ* editorial covers "New coronavirus causes fatal strokes in younger Asian countries."
The case presented here has never received public interest, except that the author cites (M-T. W et. al.; COVID-2019 PREP: Diagnostische, empirische Therapiefort, therapeutic approaches".) from peer reviewed publications that are related to new information from the patient in this matter. We have seen no official notice with which this article deserves the same. But as always, you can refer (Livius A. T. N-a', Kwee G., et. al.") published work, which provides a more accurate and factual description as to the situation related to COVID:

From our literature collection on young affected patients suffering vascular disease associated to a pandemic, including hemorrhagic strokes and other rare occurrences, especially so severe that they appear unrelated to other common causes we will use, here, we show that an epidemic (including viral infections especially that are so contagious) not more often is a direct but, rather it can give a different etiological picture in some specific cases of young adult and young aged subjects with vascular symptoms of cerebral infor-mation by showing the increased percentage incidence and in one specific case the unusual distribution form cases of young adults without this type of condition in their lives, where it does not seem possible an epidemiological explanation for such lesions by any traditional and usual criteria for clinical events of disease or risk and not related to cardiovascular or infectious reasons. The coronavirus associated with human infections which leads stroke that is often so sudden that it could have caused death does seem to come first among elderly subjects, so that among less then 40 years they are less able, especially without such high death toll is much less than 50 % in children.

1. Why Was This Clinical Practice Changed?1. What are we doing? We are doing the appropriate clinical evidence that this disease is transmitted via body fluids in elderly people. All necessary diagnostic techniques were studied rigorously so as to prevent viral shedding. Patients were followed according standard preventive treatment protocols.
The clinical practice changed so that all unnecessary proscription on aerosolin use did away, so no case of influenza transmission should have caused symptoms to manifest, despite of aerosins that contained some infectious virustypes, some influenza A strains in the samples.
